Description
Old Style Hopi Carved Supai Dancer Traditional Katsina Doll by Lorren "Kwiits" Talashoma
Supai (Konin) Katsina varies from Mesa to Mesa. When they dance, they represent the Hopi neighbors to the west, the Havasupai Indians. This is a wonderful carving by Kwiits. The Supai carries a bell, a bow, and his leather and fur quiver with arrows is slung on his back.
