This beautiful round Navajo etched jewelry box has traditional Navajo symbols etched around the base. In a circle on the lid of the box is a wonderful etching of a buffalo. The buffalo represents good medicine, the fulfillment of powers, and steadfast endurance. The buffalo was the mainstay of the Plains Indians and was used for food as well as shelter, clothing and weapons. Perfect for keepsakes or that special piece of jewelry. The interior is fully glazed.
