Native American Navajo Handbuilt Pitch Bowl with Horned Toads by Betty Manygoats

This wonderful bowl with horned toads crawling on the inside was handbuilt by Navajo master potter Betty Manygoats. The horned toad represents Grandfather, health and strength. This traditional piece was waterproofed by dipping the just-fired hot pottery in hot pine pitch. We are grateful to have traditional Navajo handbuilt pottery in our shop. This bowl CANNOT hold liquid.
