Native American Jemez/Northern Arapaho Made Eagle Storyteller with Three Eaglets
Description
Native American Jemez/Northern Arapaho Made Eagle Storyteller with Three Eaglets by Loren Wallowingbull Fragua
Beautifully created eagle storyteller by Loren Wallowingbull Fragua from Jemez, NM. This eagle holds her eaglets in her wings and seems to be protecing them with her large wings while she explains the world they are living in and telling them how they will survive. The largest of the three young eagles has his wing wrapped around his mother. The storyteller sings stories to the children to teach them their cultural history. The blanket in front depicts classic Native symbols. Loren is a new artist for us and we are thrilled to have his unique work.
