Description

Native American Hopi Handbuilt and Handpainted Bowl by Delaine Tootsie

This is a beautiful smaller bowl created by Delaine Tootsie, a Hopi potter that has been making pots since she was a little girl. Her hand-dug clay is multicolored and the designed go back hundreds of years in her family history. The rim of the bowl has a line all the way around, the line below it has a break in it. The top line is for unity, and the one with the break is to release negativity. In the bottom of the pot is the symbol for migration. Each of us is on our own path, you will not know what allthe turns mean until your time is over. At that point you can look back and see the path that was your life. Each of us has will have a unique and beautiful migration. We are extremely happy to share Dealine's work with our customers.
