This beautiful Sterling silver cuff was created by Santo Domingo/Acoma silversmith Althea Cajero. The texture on this piece is from a cuttlefish. This beautiful cuff has a solitaire natural Royston turquoise .625 inch square stone set in 14 karat gold and simple scroll and dot open work on the sides.
