This wonderful traditional pot was handbuilt and handpainted by master potter Mary Antonio. Mary digs her own clay and creates her pigments from sandstone and boiled wild spinach. The colors on her pots represent the following:

White--Mother Earth
Orange--Sun
Black--Clouds
Red--Earth
