Mata Ortiz Handbuilt Handpainted and Carved Pot by Martin Olivas Quintana

This pot with detailed painting and etching inside and outside the rim was handbuilt and deeply carved by Mata Ortiz resident Martin Olivas Quintana. A hummingbird and a dragonfly are carved on either side and are surrounded by the ancient Paquime symbols that wrap the piece. Pottery ring included.
