This wonderful figure with her bundle of sticks shows a woman at work. This woman has gathered her wood for the fire that will warm her family and that she can cook over. This piece was created from a gourd and is dressed in fabric and trimmed with deer suede. Her earrings are Navajo-style with silver cones and turquoise. She has multiple necklaces of shell, turquoise and beads which complete her outfit.
