Mishaps can occur when shipping some of the more fragile items. If there is any damage to your merchandise, the recipient must notify the carrier (UPS) and Kachina House within 5 business days. All packaging must be retained until shipper can inspect damages.

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Kachina House. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we'll replace it or refun your money. 

 

Items can be returned within 2 weeks with no restocking charge. Items returned in acceptable condition within 6 months may be returned for credit or exchanged for items of the same value, less a 15% restocking fee.
