These handcrafted masks are life-size limited edition pieces. Each mask represents an individual who lived between 1800 and 1850. His face paint was his signature, all could be identified from a great distance. Each mask is paired with pelts and beads that would have been available in the area of North American where these men lived. The faces are ceramic, the eyes are life-like, and the pelts are all natural. The beads are bone, metal and glass.
