Katsin Mana (Qotsa) is a maiden who wears her hair in butterfly whorls, a traditional hairstyle of unmarried Hopi women. Katsin Mana accompanies several male katsinam, including Ahöli and Hemis, during the ceremonies. She is the Hopi's prayer for a good corn harvest. One of the most frequently carved dolls, the color of the corn she carries (blue, yellow) connotes which of the Katsinam she represents.
